Leynigarður. Virtual land art / 2022
Akureyri, Iceland
This augmented reality project transcends mere observation of nature, transforming into an engaging and inspiring journey into a unique visual and conceptual realm. Virtual elements embodying the beauty of Iceland seamlessly integrate into the surrounding environment, blurring the boundaries between reality and virtuality to the point of practical indistinction. Each element of the project is meticulously incorporated, not only to preserve but also to enhance the distinctive features of Icelandic nature. It goes beyond a mere depiction of beauty, evolving into a visual exploration that emphasizes the unique geographical characteristics, plays with the aura of light and color, and underscores the natural harmony of nature's elements
Polar fox year. Phygital Art Project / 2020
PHACT digital museum / Montréal, Canada
The project of polar artist Daria Panfilova works simultaneously in both physical and digital space. In this endeavor, Panfilova delves into the exploration of the textures of polar nature. Using modern technologies and digital environments, the artist creates parallel universes and heroes. Existing in two states - physical and digital - Panfilova's work embodies a distinct fusion of aesthetics, technology and philosophy.

In Russian cultural symbolism, the Arctic fox often serves as a metaphor for overcoming collapses. The presentation of the exhibits in the form of vulnerable ceramic sculptures and their digital avatars emphasizes the familiarity of such existential duality, and polarity as a worldview
